Sammy and Alexa were a joy and pleasure to work with.I'm a DYI and planned to demo my shower until we found mold behind the tile. They were quick to stop by and give us a fair quote and even quicker to get the job done professionally. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond what they said they were going to do. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a basement water issue and this company responded immediately. Sammy was at our place within a few hours and started fixing right away. He knew exactly what to do and made several suggestions for saving us money. The overall level of professionalism was way beyond expectations. We liked them so much, we also asked them to remove mold from our basement. They were able to schedule a cleanup within a couple of days. The service was thorough and we have not had any water or mold issues since. If you are ever in need of services, do yourself a favor and call these guys first.

I had a sewage back up and it flooded my whole basement with feces. Thank goodness this company was a 24 hr place and responded quickly. Sammy came out within 1.5 hrs after calling and took care of the situation immediately that evening. Sammy and his cleaning crew came to remove all the hardwood flooring and anything that was touched by the water. Unfortunately, the dumpster wasn't able to be there at the time of the removal prob due to it being J4 week/weekend, so we had everything set out in the front lawn. Only complaint was that once the dumpster came it took them a couple of days to come out to put the damaged items into the dumpster, so we did it ourselves as it was ruining our grass esp since it has been out there for about a week already. Overall, I’m happy with the service. Alexis and Sammy was very responsive to any questions I had.
