We were thoroughly impressed with Phoenix Restoration. In November of 2024, our second-floor toilet leaked overnight, causing water damage on three levels of our home. Phoenix was there for us from the start, reassuring us and walking us through the steps that would be required to make the repairs with a detailed, honest, and fair quote. Matt, our project manager, was on top of the project from start to finish. He was attentive, honest, and (most importantly) realistic on our project goals and requirements. Our GC/Builder Nato was also excellent - my wife and I joke that by the time the job was done, we missed having him around! On top of the water damage repairs, Phoenix also offered a very competitive rate to concurrently remodel our Master Bathroom, on which they did a fantastic job. Aside from their GCs, Phoenix employs top flight subcontractors and specialists, from electricians to plumbers - all are professional and efficient.Sincere thanks to the entire team at Phoenix for a job well done - we enthusiastically recommend Phoenix Restoration for any and all remodeling or repair work in the Chicago metro area.

I had a roof leak that messed up the ceiling in a bedroom of my house. Phoenix repaired the roof, fixed my ceiling and painted the room. My insurance covered the damage, and Phoenix took care of all of the claims. All the crews were very professional and CLEAN. No dust or dirt tracked through the house, it was spotless when they left. And- it looks great! I highly recommend this company for your home repairs.

I have been using Phoenix Restoration for the past 8 years both personally and professionally. Most recently I used them to treat mold in our attic and I couldn't have been happier with the way the project turned out. Their entire team; Katie and the office team, Dan & Eddie out in the field and the owners (Mike Steve and Mike) are top notch to work with. I have never had any complaints from the many customers I have referred to them over the years and I will continue to use them because if they are keeping my customers happy it ultimately makes my job much easier.
