I had a house fire back in May of 2022 on Mother’s Day. ServiceMaster arrived at my place of residence about 2 - 2.5 weeks later. They did their services which was very unprofessional as the two sat and texted each other in front of me and my son instead of actually talking. They completed their job in a very reasonable amount of time and did a ‘semi decent’ job. I was told that I had 90 days to pay my bill. Today as of August 6, 2022 they still have not sent me my bill. I have called AT LEAST 20 different times leaving messages with people that were supposed to “relay my message to someone else.” Same story different phone call. I simply need my bill to not only pay but also to submit to my insurance company. They are going to send me to collections for a bill that they refuse to send to me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want your credit slashed when they turn you over to collections. PLEASE SEND ME MY BILL!!!! MOST COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TEND TO SEND A BILL SO THEY CAN GET PAID!!! PLEASE SEND ME MY BILL!!!
