Jesse from Roto Rooter came here very quickly and he was very honest to their work. I am huge disappointed to previous Roto Rooter’s work which I paid about $10k. And I was notified by Jesse, that pipeline was placed in wrong way which was the issue for my toilet plumbing.. I am so upset to this company… Roto Rooter was offered to fix the issue with significant “Discount”. But I am quite not sure why I need to pay more money to fix the issue which THEY created at the original point. I can’t get it.But anyway, I am appreciate Jersey for the quick response to my request for help and for his honesty and support.
