USAA connected us with Milro and it was an incredible experience. Courtney was incredible in coordinating everything. Nick was excellent on site as well as Gus who painted. my Wife and i owe everything to them. thank you guys for your hard work and making everything perfect for us and our 3 year old to move into our first house.

Courtney was a wonderful project manager and quick and responsive with questions. Employees were punctual, enthusiastic, clean, safe, respectful, and welcomed any and all questions of concerns we had throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful experience. I recommend Milro services to anyone and my family plans to use them again.

A pipe bursted in my basement leaving us with ankle deep water by the time the water was shut off.During the 3am clean up. A light went off in my head. I wonder if I should call my insurance company (USAA)*Side note* The reason why it was a wonder, was because our previous insurance company (which will remane nameless, but Limu's are popular with them).Usaa was called (8:30am) and Nick from Milro showed up within hoursI didn't think I needed a mitigation company. After being explained to me the reason for the mitigation and the fact it's on my insurance. Why not use the service?By 5pm (that same day mind you). The basement belongings were boxed up, put into the middle of the room, 2 feet space from the floor up were cut, fans and dehumidifiers were installed. (Personally, I was inpressed)*Time lapse*Fast forward.Days go bye, permits have been issued and storage container has been delivered.With in hours a group of Milro workers came in, boxed and bagged my items and loaded into the container and the work began. Basically, the water heater exploded and made a huge mess. They came and the basement was dried out and put back together quicker than I could have hoped. Thank you Milro!!!
