His customer communication is the best I've ever experienced with a contractor or home repair vendor, hands down, in 35 years of home ownership. He replied almost immediately to any text or email I sent, and he responded in detail to all my questions and concerns. He arrived when he said he would and texted updates when needed. Cody was respectful of us and our needs and did his best to have the work inconvenience us in the least possible way. During the mitigation phase, his concern for our health was a priority. His work and that of his associates (plumbing, carpentry, construction, painting) was careful, precise and thorough. They were all great to work with. Once the job was complete, their cleanup was also thorough. Cody worked seamlessly with the insurance company to guarantee that the adjuster had exactly the information he needed to process our claim quickly. Cody is amazing to work with and provides prompt, diligent estimates along with service. My neighbors hired him to mitigate some damage from the floods in July and I was so impressed by his work that I ended up hiring him to do the same thing at my house. He covered all of the furniture and belongings diligently, and notified me of any areas which had additional damage requiring other contractors to fix. In addition, he worked with those other contractors (roof, interior mitigation) in order to advise them on their scope of work.
