Jenkins Restoration cleaned up our garage for us after heavy rain caused an inch of water to come in, and while I hope to not have any future issues, I would not hesitate to call them again. We worked with Garrett, who came out to the house, reviewed everything thoroughly, and gave us a very fair and reasonable quote. After the work was done, he immediately followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. Bryce and Landon did an outstanding job with the cleaning. I am a little late posting this but want to give credit where credit is due.In September I came home from a vacation only to find I had a toilet in my downstairs half bath that had been leaking while I was gone. I had an older wood floor and after I cleaned up the water, a few days later the floor buckled from my bathroom under the wall into my living room. I called my insurance company and after they sent a water damage expert, they recommended Jenkins Restorations of Charlotte NC as they are a licensed General contractor. I called and they sent a representative from the company to see the damage. The next day Aaron who was their coordinator came to my home. He surveyed the damage and told me not to worry that they were going to get me a new floor as soon as possible. Aaron simply told me to go pick out the flooring material I wanted and they would take care of the rest. I can truly say I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. He stayed on top of everything and made sure the subcontractors did what they were supposed to do. I even had to have a section subfloor replaced in an area that was not included and they took care of it with no extra charge to me. I wish all contractors were as forthcoming as Aaron and Jenkins restorations was with me. Overall if you are in need of an excellent GC I highly recommend Jenkins restorations and Ask for Aaron.
