Jay was the man! He came to our home after hours after we experienced a flood in our lower level. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and tested all areas for damages. He really had a professional attitude, especially at 4am in the morning. Jay was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. I called United Water Restoration at the recommendation of my excellent plumber Mykola Kyzyma from Swift Brothers Heating and Plumbing when I experienced a flooded garage and adjacent room from leaking pipes within a common wall. The team from UWR was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, thorough, convenient, efficient! Technicians Corey and Carson were excellent and provided me with a clear understanding of the mitigation process. They really put me at ease. UWR worked directly with my insurance carrier so did not have to be involved with this aspect of the work. I would highly recommend them!

My plumber knew of United Water and called them after he assessed my water damage. I had had a terrible toilet backup resulting in water in our bathroom and a large hole in our garage ceiling. Their crew was at my home within 30 min. Brandon and his team did a fabulous job of mitigation with assessment, fans and equipment. I then worked with Rob of the restoration team for repairs. They subbed out our repair to Blanco Flooring who did an excellent repair of my garage insulation, Sheetrock and painting. Charles and Andreas did a great repair job. Thank you to United Water for such quick and expert service! They worked well with my insurance company and communication went well through the entire process. Would definitely recommend their team.

Mario, Corey and Rob were all fantastic. I’d never had to deal with a water issue before so they walked me through the mitigation, repair and how to work with insurance companies. They can do the full scope which was a huge bonus and insurance said made things much easier. Prices were great too - couldn’t recommend enough

We hired United Water Restoration Group to handle remediation and rebuild after water damage from Hurricane Helene. The remediation was completed properly, though there were some delays and communication issues during the rebuild phase, and we ended up working with other contractors to finish the job.After I shared my concerns, Rob personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and went above and beyond by coming out himself to help repair some electrical wiring that had been damaged. I really appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to making things right.While I recommend they be a bit more clear with clients about the scope of their services, the remediation work was solid, and Rob’s personal follow-up left a good impression. His willingness to take accountability and go above and beyond to make things right speaks volumes about the integrity of the company.
