I had a situation where a hot copper water pipe burst under my crawl space, so I reached out for emergency assistance to fix it. After that, I contacted a water damage restoration service and spoke with Jaime about the issues in my home. The manager arranged for his team to come to my house shortly after to remove all the damaged installations and set up drying machines in the crawl space and a few rooms. During this time, I met the crew members, including Duane, Nathan, and Rob, who did an excellent job and were dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Jaime, in the office, was incredibly helpful and acted quickly to address all my concerns. She even shared valuable tips on how to manage the situation. I'm very grateful for the support I received!

First off, a huge thank you to Nathan, Jaime, Duane, and especially team leader Duane and his assistants Nathan and Jaime (a dynamic father-son duo), who handled my home and myself with the utmost care and respect. As far as I'm concerned, all of these individuals are like family now. They provided rapid, effective communication, and offered a comprehensive water damage restoration service. They were instrumental in dealing with the insurance process, and the cash price was more than reasonable, but luckily my insurance covered everything except my deductible. They even managed to salvage some cherished wooden furniture that was over a century old. Just 90 minutes after I reached out, a large service van arrived at my home. This was much quicker than the 3 hours that was initially quoted, which I was okay with since it had already been 6 hours since I first contacted a restoration company from my insurance company's list of preferred providers. They literally beat the other restoration team there, who I had called 6 hours BEFORE I contacted First Choice Water Damage! My guess is that they saw the team working swiftly in and out of the house to prevent the damage from worsening, felt overwhelmed, and simply drove off. In the subsequent days, either he or another representative like Nathan, who was equally professional, showed up at my home EVERY... SINGLE... DAY, monitoring the progress and documenting everything until the job was COMPLETE. I genuinely felt like they had my best interests at heart. Their office staff guided me through all the administrative aspects of the claim process, which was something I was dreading almost as much as the potential loss of my antique furniture.
