He came right away within an hour to get over 130 gallons of water and walked me through the insurance claims with State Farm. Highly recommended for anyone that has an emergency water flooding. We dealt with water damage in another area of our house two years ago and wanted to find someone reputable but also reasonably priced to where we wouldn’t have to open another insurance claim. Found Done Right online and called around 12:30pm. By 2pm the same day, Jon and Greta came in and assessed the damage, moved all the necessary furniture to get to the problem spots, sprayed antimicrobial spray on all the wet areas, set up fans and a dehumidifier AND even helped me clean up a little bit. Jon will be coming back in a couple of days to pick up all of the equipment and re-test for any wet areas and then it’ll all be behind us!I know it says same-day services but I definitely wasn’t expecting them to be in and out in less than 2 hours without having to pay an arm and a leg for an emergency service. Expectations highly exceeded. Thank you Jon and Greta!
