He didn’t try to oversell me or undersell but explained exactly what I needed. It was a no pressure sell which I like. He gave me all the info I needed and the time and space to make a decision.He got me scheduled quickly and they completed the job in less than half a day. Installed a new crawl space door, sealed my vents, did mold remediation and installed a dehumidifier. Coordinated with the electrician himself so the process was seamless and painless for me.Covering the work for 6 years gives me confidence that he’ll worry about the crawl space so I don’t have to.Save yourself some time and effort and go with this company. I interviewed and got estimates from over half a dozen companies including the big ones that advertise on the tv all the time. We had a problem with high humidity in our first floor. It was making our summers unpleasant and causing condensation which was leading to mold/mildew growth in the house. It has been a little over two years since Carolina Crawlspace Pros encapsulated the crawlspace of the historic home I had recently purchased. At the time the crawlspace was standing in water, there was mold in the crawlspace and the hardwood floors on the first floor of the home were cupped. In the past two years, I have had no problems with my crawlspace. My hardwood floors are no longer cupped and there is no longer any mold.
