The rating is based on the rest of the operation.(For reference, I live in a 1,000 sq ft. studio condo)I experienced scheduling issues at the start of work which delayed my move out, and flooring repairs. It took a day and a half to move my items out, so I’d hate to see how long a full house takes….When I raised frustrations to the team, I was offered gift cards and endless apologies, but received nothing. I assume that was an attempt to prevent this public review.Pricing is absolutely outrageous. They charged over $13k for a studio condo. Again, hate to see what a full house would cost. I left a custom cabinet in the bathroom that was NOT catalogued or authorized to move to avoid damages. The moving team moved it anyway, scratching my walls and the cabinet doors. I was compensated for damages, but it’s the principle that is frustrating. A water loss/any insurance-related claim is hard enough on its own. This company managed to make the process harder.

You had a system going, and everything fell into place, and you were there when you said you would be. That means a lot! Don't think either of us at that time thought it would be over a year before you could bring my things back.When y'all got the OK to bring it all back, you got back with me right away and again came when you said you would. Even just after a couple of days of unpacking, we encountered that conflict with the construction crew, causing y'all to have to stop your work for them to correct their mess. Additionally, paintings and pictures were not removed. Instead plastic was taped around them, which melted into our paint. Again, we had more wall damage. Our dining room table was damaged. A Lladro and blind were broken. Finials were lost.. The CCI job supervisor tried every which-way to blame others and even refused to take ownership for an area of wood floors damaged by the crew.The damage was one thing. It happens, but lying and accusing others is reprehensible and undermines the integrity of the company.Additionally their pricing is outrageous.As such, I cannot recommend this company.
