I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The rep was punctual and professional. In the interim, we did have serious storms in Nashville area, they did reach out to me to see if I needed any storm damaged fixed. A very nice gesture.Unfortunately, they couldn't do the work I needed as they were booked out too far and I needed the work faster than they could get to. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I highly suggest them.

Chase came by to help me assess some creaks in our walls and floors, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how thorough and honest he was. He carefully tested the areas by pressing on the floor, helped me identify that some of the issues were padding-related, and pointed out possible causes like a nail sticking up through a joist or improper fastening. He even checked for signs of water damage that might have been covered with paint—something I hadn’t even considered. Just knowing there’s no safety concern gave me a ton of peace of mind. While he was here, he also took all the necessary measurements and photos for a potential sunroom project over our deck, and I’m excited to see where things go from here. Truly a great experience and a professional I’d be happy to work with again.

This company is great! I was feeling sick due to damp drywall. David came out same day and set up a dehumidifier and another machine to clean mold in the air. On the third day Chase came to pick up the equipment and test if the drywall was dry. It definitely was and my bathroom is back to normal! I hope I don’t have to call them again but if you do, do it!
