Joe and his crew were phenomenal. Our house flooded due to a waterline break. They were here 4 hours after we called them. Joe made sure to explain the process and keep us updated. Him and his crew were always here when they said they would be, worked very efficiently and professionally and did a fantastic job. They even completed their work sooner than they estimated. Joe has also made sure everything is taken ccarre of on the insurance side of things. Fantastic company, fantastic crew. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Highly recommended! Joe and his team did a fantastic job restoring our bathroom and closets after they were flooded. We were glad they were thoughtful in coming up with a plan to minimize the damage. They came back each day to check the progress and adjusted their equipment accordingly. They also cleaned up behind themselves. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. Their prices were fair. Overall, we had a great experience!

Our family recently encountered significant mold growing in student housing. Joe S. returned our call when we reached out in a panic on move-in Saturday. He was extremely professional, informative, and gave us direction on how to proceed. Although he could not perform the needed remediation due to it being the university's choice of service provider, he provided exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to contact him for any water, mold, or fire restoration or Covid sanitation due to his expertise, integrity, availability and follow-up.

A toilet connection broke at about 10pm on a Wed. nightflooding 4 rooms in our home.We called 911 Restoration because of the stated 45 minute response time.Joe Spence and his assistant showed up at our door about one hour later and stayed until two in the morning to remove the standing water and set up their drying equipment. They were back the next morning to remove the carpets and pads[ per our request ] and completed the remediation in two days using their equipment over 5 nights to dry our baseboards and floors. We were very satisfied with their work.Joe made some helpful suggestions and they were easy to work with. We would use them again if we ever need their type of service again.

After a hot water tank caused extensive damage to my flooring, I called 911 Restoration.. The repairs took an extended amount of time due to hardwood floors being removed and installed and I understand that. But there were three glaring problems I had which caused the above rating. First, when they took my dining room table out of the house to the garage — either when it was removed or replaced — 911 workers scraped the leather on the door frame and it damaged my table. I notified them immediately and took photos. One of their employees acknowledged that it had happened. However, the owner refused to acknowledge it or pay to replace it. I have since replaced the table at my own cost. Next, they claim to leave your home “cleaner than it was before” after the repairs are finished. They did not. Much of it was filthy and it still isn’t back to where it was before — I’m still finding dust residue. Third, one of their plumbers caused more damage to my home by not connecting plumbing correctly which caused a leak in the same area as had been damaged previously. They had to repaint the same wall as before!! I do not recommend.
