We just got Xpert Flood control installed after flooding twice this summer on the southwest side of Chicago. Although it hasn’t been tested yet with heavy rain, I will say the xpert flood control team are very professional and seem to really care about their work. Miguel was extremely nice and informative with everything he was doing and when they finished they left everything how it was before. Considering they dug an 8 foot huge hole in my front lawn you would think my yard would be destroyed but they kept it in perfect condition. Was recommended to use them by our next door neighbor due to them having the only house on the block that didn’t get a foot of flood water in their basement during both rain storms in July and August. I will also say the owner Patrick and his son Sean are nice and easy to get a hold of with questions you may have.

These guys are true professionals and the job wasn’t easy. Compacted Tree roots, broken sewer main(I’m not a plumber but that’s what I believe) had to break concrete in the basement to make life easier but all is well and the job will prevent any further sewage water from entering the basement to..my man cave. Great work guys!

Xpert Flood Control came highly recommended by some of my neighbors. I was not disappointed at all. The team was very professional, and personable from beginning to end, and very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns throughout the project. The 3-man team actually installing the flood control were on time each day and provided updates as they progressed. They're very organized and clean up the work area at the end of each day. This company really knows their stuff and pays attention to detail, all the way down to knowing exactly how much sand is needed for your project. Nothing is left behind for you to deal with.
