Had a flood over Easter weekend. ServPro showed up within an hour of my call, despite having to scare up a crew. They did a professional job and were prompt and courteous. I plan on using them on my next home disaster.😉

Servpro of Kendal County was the call that we made on the night of our house fire. We had no clue where to even start, we were exhausted and devastated. After we talked to Steve (the owner), the plan started shaping up: someone was coming out that night to cover our roof to protect our home from further damage (it was supposed to be raining next day). These guys worked in the dark and cold on the roof till almost midnight to ensure that we're good. Mitigation team showed up first thing in the morning and these guys really knew what needed to be done as far as taking care of all the fire and water damage. They worked fiercely for days to make sure all is taken care of and handled. Every area they worked on was covered from the rest of the house to prevent any additional dust and debris. Some of the walls and ceiling were unsalvageable, so they had to cut them out completely and same went for the carpet. Everything was done so efficiently, professionally and with a great care to the remaining parts of our home. In a meanwhile we had to figure everything with our insurance and that was a whole another story. We were really grateful to Steve for providing guidance through this extremely painful process and being so ever patient as we were so hopelessly dependent on the mercy of the insurance and later our mortgage company. Also, since we had to get through all the winter months with no insulation in the attic, they were so kinds to provide us with this industrial heater, that kept us warm though it all. Cleaning crew did a wonderful job taking care of all the aftermath of this disaster.The real magic happened once re-build team showed up and started working on piecing our home back together. The work quality was outstanding! Everything was done with such care and precision, such attention to the details. Everyone was so respectful to us and our home, I couldn't ask for better people to work on our home. They had such a disadvantage too as we decided to live at home during all the repairs: so, to accommodate our home comfort, they would remove all of the covers, remove the tools and put everything just as it was only to come back in the morning and start it all over again. Thanks to them I honestly have to say our home looks better than before!Thanks to all these hardworking dedicated people, our house became our home again. We are so very grateful, and we would recommend Servpro of Kendal County to anyone in need.
