This team made it possible to get my mom’s basement back to normal. Not cause they had to come down on there price but Matt took the time to listen to me and made a decision to help. I have run my own home remodeling business for over 15 years now. No business last long if you lack the most important thing. Customer service. So thank you jeramey, Megan, and most of all Matt. You guys truly set a standard for your company and you stand by it. So God bless Service Master for all your help and support. I 100% back this company. They are amazing!!!

His insurance company introduce us to Service Master by Tekton to fix the damage the water caused. The project manager that guided us thru the repairs was Paul Glass. Paul kept us up to date with every phase of the project. This was a big project, it included replacing floors, gutting the whole kitchen and making the necessary repairs. Before the project began, my father passed and I was put in charge of his house and getting the project finished. Paul was great to work with. I redesigned the kitchen and he gave me plans to choose from. I picked the color of the cabinets, the color of the walls, the type of sink, the type and color of the floors and the type and color of the counter tops. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was call Paul. He got back to me very quickly. At the end of the project, we were very happy with the work performed by Service Master. Especially, definitely pleased with Paul Glass and his crew thru the whole project.I know my father would of been pleased with the finished project. We sold the house this past September. I can tell you the appraised value with the water damages and after all the repairs were completed was over a $50,000 difference.My brother and myself would definitely recommend Paul Glass and his Service Master crew for any water damage repairs that need to be done.
Nov 18, 2024 · Debra BlountI wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Thing is I was advised against them in the beginning, but I felt the vibes were so good and I trusted them. We were told we were in good hands after our tragedy. This was a lie! The items they chose were all cheap and not up to the quality of the items we had in our home before the fire. The few items we were allowed to choose are my favorite part of my home. Things were left incomplete and when I asked for it to be fixed or improved, I was told the money had ran out. I have been waiting about 3months for a repair that still to this day, has not been done. Once I handed over a the final check for the repairs, they have been silent. My insurance company dished out over $250,000 in repairs for my home and I’m not happy. Nor do I appreciate all the lies I was told. This company would never get any of my business or the business of anyone I know!

They then moved all the items back to their proper places after the floor dried. This was all done when I was out of town and it was a great relief to finally have it accomplished without me lifting a finger. Thank you thank you. Paul Glass was the service rep that I dealt with and he was absolutely wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. Thank you again

In 2019 I had a previous experience with ServiceMaster by Tekton that wasn’t anything like the experience I had this go around. The project manager that was assigned to me was clueless and did extremely poor work. During Covid, my tile floor started to crack and shift because it wasn’t level and there was something wrong with the new tub they installed. But, there wasn’t much I could do because people weren’t working. I ended up contacting them again to see if they could come look at the issues because it was to the point that I didn’t think the flooring was going to last much longer. They sent someone out to look at it and they were shocked by the work that was done and they couldn’t believe it was their company that was responsible for it. They informed me that the project manager that was assigned to me in 2019 was no longer with their company and that my warranty had expired. But when they seen the poor quality of the work that was done, they promised to make it right and did they ever. Paul Glass ended up being my project manager and he is not only a man of his word but he is hands down the best of best! He went above and beyond to make it right. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone and everyone. He is the most proactive contractor I have ever worked with. He gave me a date of when the project would be completed and not only was is done on time, but they came across other issue that they fixed. I had another plumbing emergency that happen while they were working on the house and they happily helped with as well. If you call Paul, he answers. If you send him a text, he replies right back. I have NEVER came across a contractor who makes you feel as important as he made my family and I feel. He would let me know daily what was going to be taking place while I was at work and made me feel good about letting people work on my home while no one was there. All I can say is, what a completely different experience. The plumbing and flooring company they used were top of they line and did beautiful work. I can’t say thank you enough to Paul and his team! That is what you call top of the line customer service. I will be recommending you and the company to everyone. Thank you again Paul Glass and the whole ServiceMaster team. We will be using you again for any future restoration and renovations that we may need.
