The reason I am rating your company a one star the person that came out was very professional It’s no reflection on the person that came out and did the work. I think the service that was provided to me was a little bit pricey first of all the person could not remove the drainage cap. He was able to remove one, but he was not able to remove the second one, but I was charged for the full service and I don’t think that was fair.

Steven’s attention to detail, systematic analysis of the issue, pertinent questions to evaluate the situation, the explanation of steps as a likely resolution, and his care to protect the flooring in the bathroom and adjoining bedroom necessitates my well-deserved kudos. He clearly stated his focus is on clearing drains and not related to plumbing. The tiny leak at the location where the water hose was re-connected to the toilet tank was but a minor issue that I readily addressed. I wish Steven the very best as he progresses in his profession.

Absolutely NO! I was scheduled for 4-6 PM this evening. It is now after 10 PM, and Roto-Rooter is a NO SHOW. There are many great local plumbers in DFW. Please do not waste your time on this national company that does not care for its customers. And, yes, I called the Call Center numerous times and received the usual lame excuses. HUGE NO for Roto-Rooter!!
