Chris was amazing! We had a difficult situation that took a lot longer than anticipated. He stayed to finish the job, even though he worked until 7:30 pm. He was very professional too! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Chris. He is the best!

Chris a Technician came earlier and on time. He very polite and very professional. He take time to explain to me what the issue and did an excellent job well done. He also offers me a pro+plan benefit program very awesome. Thank you Chris and I highly recommend my family and one to Roto Rooter company for the excellent service.

Chris and Cris were both great with their service. They both listened patiently to the situation we were dealing with, clearly communicated their assessments, and quickly resolved what seemed to be the problems. They were also very respectful and professional. While I don’t love having to use this service because it means our drains are problematic, the service we receive each time has us calling Roto Rooter back for help.
