Sean was very knowledgeable and although the problem was with a septic tank and was not straight forward, he did some trouble shooting and expertly diagnosed the problem. My tenant had not been able to use the toilet for several days and Sean fixed the problem for her. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. I asked for his card so I could ask for him in the future.
