This experience was bitter-sweet. When unexpected events occur, they affect me a great deal. Let’s just say I don’t do well with the element of surprise!! My main sewer line backed up and caused a little flooding to occur in my tenant’s basement. The stress of the event, compounded with my daily schedule was pretty hard to manage. I called Rotor-Rooter at 10:30pm and I was immediately relieved to hear that they could get someone out that evening. So, first point of gratitude- thank you for offering this service.
