I am extremely pleased by our experience with All New Again. Each of the interactions with their employees were prompt and professional.Ryan and Steven came out right away to assess the damage and they were very nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to move on pretty quickly after that to fixing the source of the problem and getting things patched up. Alex came out to fix the walls and everything looked great again the same day. And Johnny always kept me up to date throughout the process with what was going on. That was greatly appreciated.Fortunately, our project wound up being fairly small but I would recommend them without hesitation for any size project. Their professionalism, communication and work were top-notch and I have no doubt that this would translate to any work they perform.

He quickly identified all the issues with the patio, providing a level of detail that I hadn’t received from other contractors. We recently hired All New Again for water damage remediation at our commercial real estate building after discovering a leaking water heater, and the entire experience was exceptional. They started the process by doing a thorough investigation, taking readings of the walls and sending in samples to verify no asbestos was present. They then removed all the saturated materials and disposed of them. They did a great job of documenting every step of the process and keeping us informed as things progressed. The team was professional, highly communicative, knowledgeable, and diligent from start to finish.When we found the leak, we called and they dispatched the lead, Johnny within the hour to come take a look. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Johnny gave us a ton of information and advice and helped us come to our initial decisions. Ryan, the main technician on site, was efficient, and respectful. He was very flexible in working around quiet times and using different methods to limit sound. Jon, the owner, was great to work with also. He was clear, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.They showed up on time, handled everything with care, and provided a ton of information as the process went on. We had a great experience working with All New Again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing water damage remediation in their home or commercial setting.

Update after 5 months:The reconstruction of our house is finally done. Thanks to Amir and his crew (Elvis, Zahir, Sanel) our house is completely & beautifully fixed. They needed to re-do almost everything inside of our house, but it took them only 4-6 weeks, which was pretty amazing. Amir and Elvis always made sure what/how we want things to be done by keeping a close communication on every detail. Then, things were executed perfectly. We added a few personal projects during the reconstruction, and they were all beautifully done, exactly as we hoped and asked. We are very happy about all of it.Lastly, again, we would like to send a special thank you to pack-in team as well. We were so happy to work with Johnny, Olfa and Nora again. Ryan and Noah did a great job bringing all the heavy stuff in only one day! Amazing! Thanks to all your help, we were able to return to our normal life sooner.ANA’s accounting team has been also very helpful. Our claim is such a large claim, so it took extra time and steps to get it processed. We really appreciate Gary and Katelynn for always making prompt accounting processes and helping us get through the obstacle we had with our insurance claim check.It took more than 10 months until our house was completely recovered (because of the hold-up by insurance company). It had been very stressful and worrisome not knowing what’s going to happen, but we always remembered Jon’s promise. He promised us on the very first day that we would get an “All New Again” house back even if it took time. Jon and his whole team fulfilled their promise.We cannot thank Jon, Amir and all the ANA crews enough. I don’t normally post reviews on businesses, but I do for ANA, hoping other families like us who are suffering from their loss would contact ANA to make their life so much easier.Original: Finding & hiring All New Again was the best decision we’ve ever made. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, ANA is the one. Their interest is truly to help us, people suffering from their loss.We had a water leak from our 3rd floor bathroom, which went down all the way to the crawl space (4 levels) while we were on vacation for a week. We first contacted our insurance company, and they sent us a “preferred contractor”. Turned out that this was the biggest mistake. Long story short, ANA ended up re-doing water remediation work for us because the “preferred contractor” left our house very wet, although they worked on our house for 3 weeks+ and guaranteed that the house was completely dry and ready for reconstruction.When ANA started demo, they found a massive amount of mold, including 2 out of 3 toxic ones from everywhere they opened. Our house is only 5 years old, so mold was caused only by incompetent work done by insurance company’s “preferred contractor”.Despite such an awful situation, working with ANA’s water remediation team had been such a pleasant experience. There’s a world of difference between the insurance company’s preferred contractor and ANA (we shouldn’t even compare…). They were very transparent- notified us of any findings and steps and sent us the detailed report every day after work. All the crews from ANA were very professional, caring, and respectful. We were glad to get to know Jon, Johnny, and Dar and their flawless work. Also, we would like to send a special thank you to their contents’ team (Nora, Olfa, and guys) for their work on packing out our personal items (which was a lot!!) We could see they were treating our items with care and respect.We were lucky that we found ANA. If we hadn’t contacted ANA, we wouldn’t have noticed the mold behind the walls and ceilings and eventually we would have become very sick. Also, dealing with large insurance claim like this has been a nightmare but Jon has helped us navigate through this process and it has been nothing but helpful & educational. We cannot thank you enough to ANA for all their help. We can tell from our own experience that ANA will go above and beyond to help their customers and they are truly the BEST!

We really appreciated the knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail each All New Again team member demonstrated on our project. Resolving water damage and any type of home construction is intrusive and stressful. Each person working in our home was careful, respectful, and did many little things to try and make the experience for us as painless as possible. The work the team completed was excellent.
