Neutocrete Introduce
Are you a homeowner in Connecticut dealing with a damp, musty crawl space? Have you noticed signs of moisture, mold, or even uninvited pests beneath your floors? If so, you understand that these issues are not just a nuisance—they can seriously impact your home’s air quality, structural integrity, and overall health. The unique climate of the Connecticut region, with its fluctuating temperatures and seasonal moisture, makes a dry, healthy crawl space a critical part of home maintenance.
For residents seeking a permanent and reliable solution to these foundational problems, Neutocrete is a well-established general contractor in Danbury, CT, specializing in state-of-the-art crawl space encapsulation, water damage restoration, and related environmental health services. Known for their unique and durable solutions, Neutocrete provides a professional approach to transforming wet, unhealthy crawl spaces into clean, dry, and energy-efficient areas beneath your home. This is more than just a home repair; it's an investment in your family's well-being and the long-term health of your property.
Their core offering, which customers consistently praise, is the crawl space encapsulation solution designed to address moisture at its source. Unlike older, less effective methods like simple venting, encapsulation creates a sealed, controlled environment. This process is vital in Connecticut homes, where the "stack effect" can draw humid, moldy, or contaminated air from the crawl space directly up into the living areas of the house. By tackling the issue comprehensively, Neutocrete aims to deliver a healthier home environment from the ground up, providing the peace of mind that comes with a structurally sound and environmentally safe foundation.
Their expertise is not limited to just moisture control; as a general contractor, Neutocrete covers a range of essential services that fall under the umbrella of maintaining a healthy foundation and recovering from water-related emergencies. Homeowners who have worked with them often highlight the significant difference the finished product makes, not just in eliminating water and odors but also in the overall improvement of their quality of life, as one customer shared: "My symptoms caused by the mold were relieved immediately and we could stay in this home we loved." This testimonial speaks volumes about the environmental health benefits of their specialized contracting work.
Their commitment to providing solutions that are both effective and accessible is a key part of their business model. One customer noted that after calling other places for quotes that were "unaffordable," the Neutocrete quote was "significantly less expensive" while still delivering a high-quality product that performed exactly as needed. For busy professionals, their service is streamlined and efficient, as another customer mentioned, "I finally gave Neutocrete a call and talked with Tony about our issue at home... It's been 6 months and we're still clean, dry with no odors or mildew. I wish we did it sooner." This reinforces the contractor’s reputation for providing both value and lasting results.

Features / Highlights
Neutocrete stands out in the Connecticut market due to several key features that enhance the quality, durability, and effectiveness of their work, particularly in crawl space solutions. What is Worth Choosing
Choosing a contractor for foundational work like crawl space encapsulation and water damage restoration is a significant decision for any Connecticut homeowner. What makes Neutocrete a standout choice is their holistic commitment to both structural integrity and environmental health, combined with a focus on providing value. Their core value proposition centers around the innovative Nu-Crawl System. In a region where humidity and moisture are constant adversaries to a home's foundation, a traditional plastic vapor barrier may eventually fail due to tears, shifting, or poor sealing around foundation elements. The proprietary Nu-Crawl system, described as a durable, custom-fit, and seamless sprayed polymer, addresses these common failure points head-on. This long-lasting, almost puncture-proof solution provides a superior seal that actively prevents ground moisture from ever becoming a problem.
Beyond the technology, the customer-centric approach is what truly resonates. Homeowners facing the stress of water damage, mold, and pest infestations are looking for a reliable, honest, and affordable fix. Neutocrete’s ability to deliver a product that is "significantly less expensive" than alternatives while still providing an immediate, verifiable improvement in home health, as evidenced by a customer's immediate relief from mold-related symptoms, offers compelling proof of their effectiveness and value. The fact that their solution also seals against pests and contributes to a home's overall energy efficiency further solidifies the long-term benefits of their work. They don't just fix a problem; they future-proof a critical part of your home. For Connecticut residents, choosing Neutocrete means investing in a cleaner, safer, more energy-efficient, and structurally sound home, delivered by a local contractor committed to lasting, quality results. The choice is a commitment to a healthier living environment for years to come.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’d just purchased our home in 2002 that had 2 dirt bottomed crawl spaces. Both areas had become mouse nurseries and one had a serious water problem. I became very ill because of black mold that was growing in the wet crawl space. We’d called a couple other places for quotes that were unaffordable to us. Neutocrete was significantly less expensive than the other places and the product has done everything we needed it to. My symptoms caused by the mold were relieved immediately and we could stay in this home we loved.
Oct 31, 2023 · Jeanne ReedWe learned about Neutocrete from a friend. My husband kept say that we need to our crawl space looked at, but we've both busy professionals. I finally gave Neutocrete a call and talked with Tony about our issue at home. It's been 6 months and we're still clean, dry with no odors or mildew. I wish we did it sooner. Thank you for all your hard work!
Nov 09, 2018 · Leslie K'taierThe Neutocrete crew did my crawlspace in my 1800 Quaker Meeting House more than a decade ago. They cleaned the crawlspace and ceiling. Sprayed the ceiling with a rot preventative and then applied the Neutocrete to all dirt crawlspaces. It sealed the dirt right up to the sill of the house. There were cinder block walls all around giving a full height basement but water leaked through them like crazy. They shot the Neutocrete into the top of the cinder blocks as deep as they could. The work took a couple of weeks to cure (the house temp went up) and we had 2 dehumidifiers running full tilt during the curing. It has been great. And now crawling around in the crawlspace is wonderful! It made a huge difference and was worth every penny.
Aug 19, 2018 · Bob BalcomDon't get this stuff, complete waste of money. I had John Beliveau in NC do the work on our house back in 2009 for $6000. Years later with their so called lifetime warranty and John Beliveau out of business. I now have mold damage and termites the neutocrete is like sand and the repair cost is $12,000. Contacted Tony since John referenced their website asking Tony for help, he never returned my call as promised to discuss how to fix this problem and he knew John Beliveau and his substandard work he was doing using their so called product neutocrete here in NC. I am an active duty Marine with 22 years of service, and this website states veteran owned, way to help your brother in need with your substandard product. Tony is unethical and a liar and doesn't stand behind his product or those he trained to apply it. Hope your proud!
Apr 01, 2018 · Timothy BabcockWe are a customer of original owner of Neutocrete. We had Neutocrete install their product in the crawl spaces of our old home. After several years the neutocrete cracked in several places. I have called and left messages that have not been returned. We are not happy with their product or the company's service.
