Absolutely excellent service and experience with MSR. I needed help right away and Bill came the same day and very honestly and very professionally evaluated our situation. As well, the solution he suggested was excellent. I totally recommend him for his integrity and professionalism. As well, he is our "Mold Guy" going forward for our new house.

Great experience with MSR. Bill came out and within a few minutes was able to diagnose my issue and provide clear and honest feedback on how to resolve it. Would absolutely recommend and call again for any future issues.

Bill and his team at MSR are excellent at what they do. My seller client received a home inspection report stating a "mold like substance" was present. I contacted Bill. He immediately came out to investigate and gave a quote that my seller was more than pleased with. The work was professional and everyone, seller and buyer, were happy. I will always recommend MSR Restoration to my clients and agents in my office.

I was referred to Bill at MSR and he and his company did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was very clear explaining everything. He and his company did a great job. They were very professional as they did a deep clean of the basement and installed a dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone in need of his services. He and his company are trust worthy , reasonable in price , and provide great service and quality .
