07/02/2025Dalton, Jacob, Ben did a great job installing basement waterproofing system with interior drains system along with sump pump basin. They were great people, they answered every question or concern I had. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between the inspector and contractor about routing the drain system to direct water far away from the house but Dalton and his team took accountability and did right thing and fixed issue with no problems on same day install. That really shows that they really take of their customers and not up charge for a mistake that was made. By doing this his team showed integrity in their hard work. Also it shows the company commitment to it high integrity in its business practices to ensure trust. Not every company does this but this company show it responsibility and accountability and trust which make them one of a kind. I’m really happy with results If you need basement or craw space waterproof I Would highly recommend Dalton, Jacob, BenI will be update this review each year to show proof, hydrohelp 911 waterproof system work great for it durability and longevity and quality.

Quality work and excellent experience with Jeremy, Ben and Dalton! Reliable and prompt communication in scheduling and completing work even when our schedule was limited. We had unanticipated foundation damage and they adjusted plan to fix without extra charge. We recommend highly without reservation.Photos below show before (first two) and after (third).

We had a great experience with HydroHelp911. Our floors were like a trampoline! Dalton, the foreman on the job, assessed the situation and came up with a plan.
