They were great to work with. Responded quickly. Arrived on time. Recognized the issue I was having with a moth infestation. Cleaned the rug and had it looking like new. Was fair in pricing and delivered rug back on time. Very professional and caring. I highly recommend!

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!Jeff and his crew at Finesse were absolutely amazing! I was dealing with carpets that had been seriously neglected by former tenants—far beyond normal wear and tear. Jeff worked his magic, and the carpets now look so much better considering the condition they were left in.The tenants also had a dog that left behind an awful odor, but Jeff and his team returned with a powerful deodorizer that completely refreshed the space. It smelled great and made a huge difference.If you’re looking to protect your investment and bring your carpets back to life, I highly recommend Finesse. Jeff is hands down the best in the area for carpet cleaning and deodorizing!

I was able to get a quote for carpet cleaning and schedule an appointment and I did it online during the weekend. They sent a text they were on the way. Jeffrey walked through the house and offered additional services they could provide but was not at all pushy. His techs were respectful and it was very clear what would be done during their visit. Jeffrey provided a phone number and said that if anything did not look good after drying to call and they would come back and redo anything that I was not satisfied with. I had a few spots that didn’t look as good and they came back the same day that I contacted them. I wish I would have done before and after photos because it was shocking what a difference it made. They also do throw rugs and furniture cleaning and we will have them return for that work. Thank you for the great service.

Jeff and his team were prompt, efficient, and professional. My carpet is now cleaner than it has ever been! And it dried quickly! They also cleaned my outdoor furniture pads and they look amazing!
