DFX was AMAZING from day one!!! We were panicking when the new flooring in our 1950s craftsman was buckling. Puddles of water were trapped between our old pine subfloor and the new LVT causing it to buckle. We called 3 companies and DFX was the only one that seemed to mirror our urgency from day one. The other companies wanted to schedule the initial inspection a week later. Enters Zach our inspector and salesman, straight shooter that didn’t try to upsell and explained everything in layman’s terms, not to mention had me in tears laughing when I showed him the crawl space. Who might I add is willing to get dirty with the rest of the crew. Financing was also a breeze. Eddie the foreman, along with his team Sean and Jaxon were so considerate and professional. Always calling and texting ahead of time, explaining in detail what had been done and what was left to be done and leaving no mess behind when work completed for the day. Oh yeah, forgot to mention …. we had black, white and yellow mold, standing water, our foundation had cracks and was sinking, humidity inside our house was around 70%. They installed sump pump, dehumidifier, support beams, encapsulated crawl space and will return to do 3 foundation supports in a month. Start to finish would recommend over and over again. They took a very stressful situation and definitely lightened the load as much as possible with superior customer service.

Anthony came out to check up on the work they did for us last year (encapsulation, foundation repair, and sump pump installation) for our peace of mind and he was friendly, professional, and honest. He took the time to give us a bill of health & to explain their transferrable warranty. I'll only recommend DFX Experts and Anthony in the future.

We have had a great experience so far with DFX. They were quick with installation and very fair with pricing. Everyone we worked with seemed honest and genuine which isn't always the case when it comes to home improvement/maintenance/repair companies. We recently had our one year inspection and our service technician, Zach, was prompt and thorough. We live in a historic area and always recommend DFX to neighbors when their 100+ year old houses have water/foundation issues.

Extremely happy with the work on our basement! We had small water leaks and a very humid basement. Chase did a very thorough evaluation and came up with a plan to repair everything. He also did an excellent job explaining to me the plan so I could understand and choose the best approach. We ended up with an interior drainage system, sump pump, and dehumidifier.Jose was the foreman and did excellent work! Everything looks professional and seems to be working perfectly. Jose also communicated a lot to make sure I knew what was going on every step of the way- sending me pictures and answering questions. They were kind and considerate. And they cleaned up very well afterward!And Chase checked back in through the process to be sure everything went perfect.Also, after getting multiple quotes, DFX offered us the best value and price. Could not be happier!
