The ServePro team came out quickly and checked in on the process daily until they could verify that the water damaged structures were dry. Gabriel was fantastic to work with, listening to our concerns and explaining the process. He was courteous and made sure to call to let me know of his arrival time. Maria and Juan helped him, making sure that water and debris were taken care of and that the floor was clean before they left. I would trust these individuals to come into home anytime.

I’m not sure where to begin and where to end - Servpro was full of knowledgeable, talented, and respectful Individuals. Specifically, this goes out to Ethan, Luis, and Kevin.1. They show up on time. Seems a little weird to post but in a world where you need to make yourself available from “3am and 9pm all of April” with other companies, it’s nice to schedule 1p on Monday and they show up at 1p on Monday.2. They are respectful. Their team asked shoes on/off before stepping inside the first time, and had their own boot covers to keep things clean. They were polite and kind to everyone inside my home, including the pets. When work was going on during my work day, they were as quiet as they could be and did not interrupt the flow of a work from home environment.3. They leave no stone unturned - Kevin was willing to inspect any area of concern, offered his advice and insight, and shot straight with the problems. Educated me on how things were priced, and provided transparency on all assets. For Luis and Ethan, they came in and did an excellent job ensuring that everything was basically a clean room and the drywall removal did not impact any area. Throughout their work, in the room next to their work, I did not smell any drywall dust which is a treatment to their work.4. They are efficient. They were able to remedy the situation, take it from a normal house, to a work environment completely tarped off with filters setup, to drywall removal, to tarping up the opening, to removing all floor padding up the stairs, cleared the tarp from counters, cleaned up any dust off the cabinets and counters and wiped the floors, and returned the home to existing conditions in 2 hours. I’ve been on construction jobsites in my past life and this was masterclass execution for quality while protecting external elements.Thank you for the great work. Servpro is left an excellent taste in my mouth, whereas other contractors may have only left the taste of drywall dust in my mouth.
