★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The purpose of this review is to bring to light the excessive charges from Connected Restoration. No homeowner should be faced with this.Connected Restoration was contracted to perform water remediation caused by a leaky pipe.I was told the process would take 3 to 5 days of drying out.18 days later … their equipment still running … they finally came by and picked up their equipment … that they had lost track of and didn’t realize it was still here … RUNNING!It took them over a week to produce their invoice and final documentation. They invoiced for $8,037.50!Our insurance company sent the invoice to a 3rd party auditing company which disclosed just shy of $4,500.00 for excessive charges (over National Industry Standard) and for charges they either did not perform, or did not need to perform. In the end, I negotiated the invoice down to about $4,000.00 (which my insurance company paid). If you are encountering this with Connected Restoration, you have the right to fight back and not accept these highly over-inflated charges.
May 06, 2025 · BJ LolmaughVery happy with what they have started so far. They have all the equipment needed to start the drying out process. Always calling before showing up to check on equipment. Even coming out at night to fix a electrical issue. Thomas and Dillion were 2 great points of contact. Even answering calls after hours. Nobody wants water damage done to their house but it's great to know Connected Restoration is a company you can rely on. Thank you so much
Nov 19, 2021 · Jason OgumaConnected Restoration was recommended by our water softener company when we had a water overflow problem. We could not have been more pleased with the servicemen who came to our home. They were communicative, respectful, efficient in their work. They always called prior to arrival, explained what they were doing and there was always a secondary evaluation of the team's performance to ensure adequate pictures and communication was completed with our insurance company. The mitigation team was excellent. Next phase pending!
Nov 28, 2024 · Carol PoedelOur plumber recommended them to us and they came out immediately, was very impressed with that so we could start the drying process. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. They cleaned up the area they had to gut very nicely and even hooked up a nice new temporary sink. They tried to minimize the damage as much as possible and did so honestly. We were lucky and got an amazing adjuster. However they were there when the adjuster came out and worked very well with them to ensure that everything was thought of and gone over. It is extremely rare to find this good of service these days, especially from younger gentleman. We will be using them for reconstruction and for our entire home remodeling that we had planned on doing.
Oct 29, 2021 · Andrea SullivanIf there was a zero-star rating, I would choose that. These folks were recommended by a trusted plumber who repaired a leak in our ceiling over the guest bathroom. At first, ConnectedRestoration was great; they brought in fans and dehumidifiers, took pictures for the insurance company, monitored and recorded the dryness readings daily and we thought things were off to a great start. I called them 4 times over the course of two weeks to ask about the documentation for the insurance company and was assured three times that it had been sent. Finally, I contacted my insurance agent after 3 weeks and she said she'd received nothing. They sent out the documentation but failed to include an estimate. They said they would send it today but I haven't received any information that they did.If you're considering using these people, just know that your restoration will be in limbo for a long time. They are terrible and should have their licence revoked. I will contact the licensing agency to see about that.Buyer Beware.Joe Finnegan
