J & M Keystone was the company our Insurance provided after a flood in our Condo. My first contact with the company was Bill, who came to assess the damages. He was not only professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the industry, offering advice from his years of experience. My next contact was Shane, our Project Manager/ Contractor. He was readily available throughout the many steps of the demo/ reconstruction, communicating with me every step of the way and answering my questions both quickly and efficiently. Finally, Brittany in the Office called every week to check in on the progress and help coordinate the myriad of appointments that were made. The work itself was relatively timely, a few hiccups along the way, but that was to be expected. All said, I would recommend J & M because of their professionalism and level of customer service standards.

They at first came out to take care of the water damage Long story short. Rep came out measurements were taken and a time frame and price was established. The rep gave quotes for work and repairs Was told certain add ons would cost extra and it was agreed. A week before we were to start work a new rep came out and told us the original rep was no longer with the company and then we got the run around. Later received an email stating I was dropped So unprofessional. Do not use this company. They cost me time and money They left my house upside down and took off

Patrick B. (SMDH). J&M Keystone oversold and under delivered destroying my cabinets and not delivering the cabinets that I agreed to that was considered to be (upgraded top of the line). They initially delivered cabinets that should have been installed in someone else's home. They had to come back out and reset the cabinets. There were unnecessary holes on the frame where the doors were installed on the wrong side, there were cabinets that obstructed outlets that were clearly designed as electrical /water outlets. My walls/cabinets had unnecessary markings, scratches, notches and holes that should not have be drilled. The integrity of the cabinets have been altered due to coming out and resetting them. How can a certificate of warranty be issued when I have the original never signed that the work was completed? How can someone be so incompetent to place a cabinet over outlets that are clearly labeled refrigerator water spigot and Patrick's reply, and I state well we can just drill a hole. In a 13k (upgraded) cabinets and run the hose through there. AAA has also lost a customer of 25 years. I kept asking for an invoice to settle the score for over 4 months.

They subcontracted the job. It was never done right even when we told them this multiple times. They said the lvp "just needed to settle". We have been trying to have them fix the job since August, it is now February. They lied about materials not being in stock and keep dragging their feet. Now they are asking us for more money to complete the job this was an insurance claim, we did not pay for the work and it was their job to bott it right the first time. They are dismissive and not timely. We have lost pay from our jobs for having to take off time from work to be around for multiple people to come and remeasure. Would not recommend!!!!Update: they incorrectly did it a second time resulting in another contractor having to come in and do the job. Hills that were made during 'leveling' had to be ground down and everything floated, much of the old patchwork float cracked off effortlessly from poor prep. The other contractor stated they hadn't seen a job this bad in a long time. Was having tile work done at the same time as the last install and my tile guy suggested we sue because of how bad the job was.

I had a highly disappointing experience with J&M Keystone. Our minor flood repair, initially promised to be completed promptly, has stretched on for nearly two years. We had to terminate one project manager due to incompetence and lying to our insurance adjuster. The replacement manager lacks communication skills and has no-showed multiple times. He also can’t seem to coordinate his subcontractors and has absolutely no regard to our schedules or time. If considering them, be vigilant – document every step with video, audio, and images to safeguard yourself from potential issues. You will need it!
