Sep 26, 2025 · Alicia PExceptional Service, Honest Advice, and Local ExpertiseI cannot recommend Allied Water Solutions highly enough. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding, primarily due to their core values of honesty, incredible customer service, and deep knowledge of water solutions in our local Illinois area.My initial concern was about water quality, and like many, I was worried about being sold a system I didn't truly need. From the very first conversation, Allied Water Solutions put those fears to rest. Their approach is refreshingly honest and educational. They never once used high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, they presented the facts, explained my options clearly, and genuinely helped me choose the best solution for my home and budget.A huge part of this great experience was working with Chris. His knowledge is immense—not just about water treatment systems in general, but specifically about the water profiles and common issues in our local counties. He was patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in the decision. The entire team's customer service is top-tier.If you're in Illinois and considering a water softener, filtration system, Septic system or just have questions about your water quality, look no further than Allied Water Solutions. Ask for Chris—you'll be in knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. A truly five-star company!Highly Recommended!
Aug 29, 2025 · rizwan sattiI recently worked with Chris and his team from Allied on a new 1,250 gallon septic tank for my home in Mokena. This process was new to me as I have been using Chicago water for the last 53 years.Chris was very patient with all my questions and requests and his customer service was exceptional.Chris knew I was moving in my new home on a Wednesday and the Allied team worked diligently before a storm (worked about 12 hours) to ensure the tank was installed on Monday (two days before) without delay so my family would have working utilities when I moved in.Allied ensured that both myself and the Will County Public Health Department were aligned and kept informed during the process.Chris also supervised the project and made sure he was satisfied with the work.Thank you Chris for your help!
Aug 25, 2025 · Ken PetersI called allied late in the afternoon close to closing time and they made arrangements to be out first thing in the morning. Communication is great, owners Chris and Jennifer and extremely easy to deal with along with making accommodations for your needs. Pricing and knowledge of there business is off the charts. They gained a life long customer. Hard to find people like this these days!
Aug 29, 2025 · GiannaTime was of the essence to complete my repair after taking in some water from a failed sump pump during a torrential rainstorm. While this wasn't a planned repair - since the insurance company demo'ed the walls at the 2' mark, I noticed some foundation cracks (most (5) were not taking in any water, 2/had slight water marks) in my finished basement. It's not everyday you get your finished basement walls ripped out due to water damage. After noticing the cracks, i called Allied Waterproofing for an inspection. Todd (sales) came out next day to visually inspect. Todd stated that they said be addressed, even if a for precautionary measure. Todd stated, if agreeable, repair would begin within a day or two. Job was completed by John after about a day and a half of work. Some of the repairs were repaired with carbon fiber and all sites were epoxy-injected to ensure a bulletproof fix. I figured I would knock this out since I had the opportunity now, rather than down the road when it could've lead to water issues. Preventative maintenance at it's finest.Job was completed in a clean and timely manner (and quickly) since I was racing the clock because the insurance company wanted to begin the wall/basement rebuild, almost immediately.Nice job everyone. Happy customer!Jason
