Our new home flooded two days after moving in and Ken and his team at 911 restoration truly did an incredible job. Their communication was great and their work ethic was top notch. They made the whole process with insurance very simple and stress free. Everything that was damaged was restored fast. One of the workers told me that he had never seen the process for the build back go that quick. Their workers were friendly, hard working and accommodating. My wife and I were blown away by it all. They were truly a blessing.

Sever kitchen water damage from a drain pipe running down from second story master bath. I ran it through insurance and it was not covered and I had black mold in my walls. I had many companies come out, Ken and his team were the most trust worthy. First he went through my insurance documents to make sure it was not covered. When he agreed that it was not covered by insurance in this instance, his price to repair was extremely competitive. He walked me through every detail and gave my wife and I discounts and free work where he could to lighten the financial burden. He was fast helpful and a nice guy. The kitchen was saved, most contractors said I needed new counter topps and some new cabinets, 911 restoration saved and refurbished everything so my kitchen still matches. It looks like the leak never happened and he finished about 3 weeks less than the time frame all the other companies quoted. I urge everyone to do their due diligence but 911 Restoration should absolutely be included in that process. Thanks guys for the help! Easy 5 stars

Ken and his company 911 restoration is hands down one of the best, if not “THE BEST” you can call when your house suffers water damages. He knows how to mitigate with insurance companies like no other. I’ve heard many horror stories on how insurance companies try to weasel their way out of paying claims, but Ken knows what to do when it comes to making sure all the legal bases are covered, so things go smoothly and your home gets fixed properly.All the work crews were pleasant to deal with along with being courteous and clean. The day it happened they were out on the job with a plumber, dryers/dehumidifiers, and drywall/insulation removal. After that, Ken and his son Travis were always checking in to make sure things were getting done and done properly.
