24Restore Introduce
Dealing with property damage—whether from a burst pipe, a devastating house fire, or severe Minnesota weather—is one of the most stressful events a homeowner or business owner can face. In these critical moments, you need more than just a cleanup crew; you need a full-service general contractor capable of handling both the initial emergency and the complete reconstruction to bring your property back to its pre-loss condition. This is the core service proposition of 24Restore, an established general contractor specializing in comprehensive building restoration services across the Twin Cities area and the entire state of Minnesota.
Based in Anoka, 24Restore is positioned as a local expert in managing complex disaster recovery projects. The company’s focus spans three major areas: Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, and complete Building Restoration (or general contracting) to rebuild what was lost. The service is characterized by its advertised 24/7 emergency response, acknowledging that disaster does not wait for business hours, a crucial factor for Minnesotans when frozen pipes or storm damage strikes unexpectedly. Their dedicated team includes project managers, certified drying technicians, carpenters, and cleaning specialists, offering a streamlined approach that aims to manage the entire process from initial cleanup to final interior renovations.
However, as with any general contractor specializing in complex restoration, the customer experience can be multifaceted. Initial feedback often highlights the effectiveness and speed of the mitigation (emergency cleanup) team, with customers praising the fast, friendly, and professional response to urgent issues like major basement floods. The ability to quickly extract water and begin the drying process is paramount in preventing secondary damage like mold. Conversely, reviews on the rebuild/production side of the company show that customers have faced significant challenges with project management, timeline adherence, and subcontractor quality, leading to frustrating delays and the need for re-work. This dual nature of the service—high marks for emergency mitigation followed by reported difficulties in the reconstruction phase—is an important consideration for Minnesota residents evaluating a full-service restoration contractor.
Location and Accessibility for the Minnesota Community
24Restore is centrally located in Anoka, Minnesota, allowing for efficient dispatch of their emergency crews to the greater Twin Cities metro area and beyond. This local base is fundamental to their promise of a fast response time, especially for time-sensitive disaster scenarios like water damage where every hour counts. The company prides itself on being locally owned and operated, with a team member in Minnesota guaranteed to answer your call, which is a significant comfort during a property crisis.
The main operational address is:

The extensive service area coverage, including Anoka, Andover, Minneapolis, St. Paul, and many surrounding communities as indicated by various customer mentions, solidifies their position as a major regional service provider for emergency restoration and general contracting.

- True 24/7 Emergency Service: Their commitment to offering 24/7 emergency response is critical for immediate water and fire damage mitigation, especially vital during Minnesota's volatile weather conditions or in the event of unexpected burst pipes.
- Full-Service Restoration: They offer both the immediate cleanup (mitigation) and the long-term rebuild (general contracting/reconstruction), theoretically simplifying the disaster recovery process by eliminating the need for multiple companies.
- Insurance Claims Expertise: The company is locally owned and operated and states their Price Match Guarantee works with ALL insurance carriers, which can help streamline the often-complex water and fire damage claims process for customers.

What is Worth Choosing 24Restore
The primary reason Minnesotans would choose 24Restore is for their immediate and certified emergency response capabilities. In the face of a disaster—especially those involving water intrusion from a leaky roof or burst pipe, a common problem in the winter—time is the most important factor. The company's demonstrated ability to quickly deploy a team for water removal, structural drying, and initial decontamination (mitigation) is invaluable. The speed and professionalism of the mitigation team, as praised in customer feedback, can significantly limit total property damage and prevent expensive secondary issues like widespread mold and mildew, which is a critical service for preserving home value in Minnesota.
Furthermore, their comprehensive service model, which includes being a general contractor, means they can offer a single point of contact for the entire process, from emergency cleanup to the final coat of paint in the interior renovations. For a homeowner already stressed by a property loss, having one company handle the water removal, the mold remediation, the new flooring installation, and the plumbing repairs is a major logistical advantage. The company’s IICRC-certified personnel and BBB A+ rating offer assurances of technical quality and business reliability, providing a level of confidence in a stressful situation.
However, local users should be aware that while the emergency mitigation phase is consistently well-regarded, the follow-up reconstruction work has been a point of customer dissatisfaction. Potential clients should engage with the company with an awareness that the rebuild process may require diligent monitoring of project timelines, communication from project managers, and quality control of subcontractor work to ensure the entire project meets expectations in a timely manner. Ultimately, 24Restore is a highly capable and experienced emergency restoration firm in the Minnesota market, providing essential, time-critical services with the added capacity of a full reconstruction contractor.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Jose and his team are fast, friendly, and professional. They were referred to us when our water softener holding tank blew, and we had 2" of water in over half of our basement. The team had everything out quickly and came back and worked until everything was dried out.Jacob came through to assess the work needing to be done to replace everything. He was fast, informative, and friendly. He made us feel calm about the rest of this process and they will have it taken care of as smoothly as possible.
May 12, 2025 · Heidi SteffensNot only can I not recommend this company, I now feel it is my duty to share with any potential customers how horrible their work quality and customer service has been. When our pipes burst in January 24, we thought 24 restore was going to be a phenomenal company to work with based on the mitigation services we received from them. They were able to clean up the mess quickly and efficiently.Unfortunately, as soon as we switched to the rebuild/ production side of the company, we experienced completely different service than what we had received on the mitigation side. They would go a week or longer with no contact, forget to schedule appointments, double schedule appointments, etc. they would tell me someone would be out at 8am and then people wouldn’t show up to do the work until closer to 10am. It was immediately apparent that they were disorganized and that they used subpar sub-contractors to complete their work. Our original estimated completion date was in March. We had to have several areas redone due to poor installation (floor and trim). In may, we were finally nearing the end of our rebuild project when disaster struck. The laundry tub 24 had just installed on our wall fell off the wall mid wash, re-flooding our family room. Turns out, the sub-contractor they used didn’t install the tub correctly (he didn’t screw it into studs, just screwed it into the wall making it unable to support the water weight in the tub). This mistake the sub-contractor made required us to essentially restart the project (mitigation and new flooring/trim).When I called 24 Restore asking to speak with a manager about the situation, they refused to speak with me. Chris and Brandon told my former PM Tony that they would not talk to me about my concerns and he had to handle it. When I asked to file a complaint, I was told they didn’t have a process for that. The icing on the cake was when they threatened to send me to collections if my full payment wasn’t made within 72 hours. After several hours of being on the phone with Tony and the billing department, they agreed they had made a mistake and they were liable for the new charges and would not chargeme for this or send me to collections. They started bullying me to finish the project by demanding I allow another sub-contractor and not Deans Home Services (a reputable company they have worked with extensively), to complete the work because they will have to pay extra for it and their sub-contractor can do it for cheaper. They then tried to convince me to sign an order of completion before the work is done as well as already asking me about final payment for services (my final amount is not due until the project is complete per my contract order). When I asked Brandon to get in touch with Deans and myself on a 3 way call so we could get a solution worked out, Brandon’s response (as a senior project manager) was that “scheduling a 3 way phone call is too much work”. I am still waiting to hear back from him, two weeks later.Update- 10/28. Thanks for your response as I still haven’t had a project manager return my call since we last connected on 10/18. It’s under the name Rohlik.10/30 -I reached out for the 5th time today in the past two weeks. I’ve spoken with Sammy and Maya in the front office. They let me know they will pass along a message to Chris and Brandon again. Maya reconfirmed there is no course of action I can take or anyone I can talk to in order to escalate this and there is nobody in the office who can help me.12/17 - update: 24 Restore has not reached out to me since responding to my review that they wanted to look into this for me. I am still waiting on my tub to be installed. They told me 2 months to finish my project. Next month will make it a year since they began.6/22 - They refused to complete their work after months of back and forth on final tasks needing completion. We got a small credit to our bill and walked away because the continued stress of dealing with them was exhausting.Avoid them at all costs if you want quality work in a timely manner!
Jun 22, 2025 · Michelle RohlikThings started off great but have gone down hill sense. The extraction team was worth the money. The other money was in my opinion was mostly money down the drain. I will add photos soon to show you what the work done looks like. I had a shower with walls before the demolition but not now. No walls but to be fair my new project manager did have someone come out to give him a quote. Asked for an update with no reply. They only paint the sheetrock they replaced so I now have two tone walls. When electrical outlet covers were installed some the sheetrock install was so bad there are gaps around the outlets. The carpet installed was so low quality in my opinion that in two of the three rooms I have had new flooring installed. Molding for the floor is missing due to the contractor that came out when he ran out of molding said he was done. I get a kick out of the fact they responded when I gave a good review about what the extraction did but no updates after the rest of the project went down hill. You will save money and have a better outcome by hiring your own contractors to do the repairs. The people who recommended them have told me how bad they feel knowing what I am going through and more then likely will not refer them again.
Jul 23, 2025 · Jim TritchlerI have used 24 Restore in the past. Was pleased my plumber referred them. Fredi C and his crew were thorough, kind and patient with me in my anxious state. I truly appreciated Fredi reassuring me and answering all my questions. Fredi was a pleasure to work with. Very appreciative and highly recommend.Victor took over for Fredi and Victor was great to work with. He explained things, said what he was going to do and did it. Very kind and personable.
Aug 20, 2025 · Julie ThurnWhenever disaster happens, we call 24 Restore and have the pleasure of working with Victor and his hardworking crew. We have had three large commercial properties that Victor and his crew have serviced. His experience in the construction field makes him excellent at temporary board ups from fire damage and also for securing a building when using trailer mounted desiccant and generators. His crew is very friendly and hardworking on every project we have them on. They have traveled over 15 hours one way to make sure our customers have a painless insurance claim experience. Always request Victor to be on your project with 24 Restore, he will never let you down.
