After experiencing some water damage to our home STOP was called in to mitigate the damage. They got on it before the day ended. We were kept up to date with daily reports and what action was going to happen next. Oved was amazing. He was professional, courteous and confident in his knowledge. If he treats everyone like he treated us his value to the Service Team at STOP Restoration is extraordinary. Highly recommended service.

We had significant water damage due to a broken water line. Aiden McDonald was the first to arrive and immediately started the remediation process. He and his team were easy to work and coordinate with as they fully handled this work.Tim Reed and his team then started the reconstruction process. Tim was easy to deal with and talk to. He wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the work which we were. Tim took care of any issue that we had concerns about and we really appreciated that.The work above was almost a 3 month process due to the extent of the damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again!

I had an awesome experience with STOP Restoration when my water heater flooded the house Charlie Tuttle was outstanding in providing service. He and his team responded quickly to any questions I had, which really eased my mind during a stressful situation. They performed the mitigation and drying efficiently and got everything done in a timely manner. I can't recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about STOP Restoration. We had a nightmare situation with a sewage leak in our basement, and they responded quickly, professionally, and with total transparency. From the first call, their team was courteous and clearly experienced. They arrived on time, assessed the damage thoroughly, and immediately got to work containing the issue.Aiden and Grant handled the cleanup process with care and precision. They removed contaminated materials, sanitized the space. What impressed me most was how they explained each step and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge help during a stressful time. Thanks to their hard work, my basement is now clean, safe, and smells fresh again. I highly recommend STOP Restoration to anyone dealing with water or sewage damage, they truly went above and beyond.
