I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Mike Brooks and his team at SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks. I arrived home on a Friday evening before a three-day weekend to find that my house had flooded. Mike and the team were there in about an hour. With quite a bit of damage, they spent days on the remediation, cleaning up at the end of each day which offered a sense of order. My husband was traveling, so I was on my own for what was an extremely stressful time. Mike was so kind, reassuring, and conscientious. He checked on me several times and was very responsive. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would recommend them 100%.

I don’t know where to begin. Mike and his crew are truly amazing…they saved us. They were with us through a very long, very difficult period when our house had a water intrusion issue. Mike was there personally every step of the way. He was always available to come to our house in a flash, and always available by phone when needed. I can’t speak highly enough about the job that he and his crew did. We couldn’t have made it through with them. 5 STARS!!!

I can't say enough good about Mike and Servpro. I called from out of town on behalf of my in-laws, who were experiencing a burst pipe while they were out of town. They were squeamish about someone entering their house with no one there, and requested that Mike wait until the late hour of 4 pm, when they returned, before he started the huge job ahead of him. No complaints at all from Mike and his team. Throughout the entire process, they were so caring and concerned about my in-laws. They took care of packing up personal belongings, and did it in such a way that nothing broke, and no box was too heavy, but there wasn't much wasted space either. Bravo! Everything was efficiently done, communication was great, and no stone was left unturned to make sure the damage was undone. Mike obviously had the best interest of my in-laws as his goal, not profit or his convenience. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend Servpro of Thousand Oaks whenever disaster strikes.
