As their moto says “Like it never even happened”. In February, my hot water here burst in my attic and as you can imagine water went everywhere. After the remediation, and not knowing what to do next. My aunt googled and found great reviews about ServPro of NW Charlotte. Now I know why. When I met Michael, I only asked that he not forget about me and to keep me up-to-date. He did just that! The reconstruction team that he brought in here knew exactly what they were doing. They were respectful, polite, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of day. Thank you Michael and the reconstruction team for making my house look like it never even happened.

This review is highlighting Northwest Charlotte Contents Department, specifically James and Jessie. We had to deal with multiple contractors throughout our home damage and claim. The Contents department stood out head and shoulders because they made it as easy as possible. I’m amazed at what they accomplished and it is due to strong and caring leadership from Jessie and James (separate people, not the outlaw :) ). Our repairs took a week longer than expected and we had a time sensitive situation. This team made it happen for us- despite being short staffed and in a bind they actually listened and understood the situation and moved mountains for us. I can’t tell you how thankful I am. They are professional and personable. No one wants to have to use this service, but sometimes you have to and if you do, I hope you get to work with them. Outstanding work.
