I didn’t realize I needed to clear out the space to prepare for them but when they arrived they went ahead & moved and bagged things up to clean the space then moved everything back neatly after cleaning out. Highly recommend Servpro -it was a very positive experience!!

The Servpro team responded very quickly to our issue - we had a pipe burst on Christmas night and they were at our house first thing the next morning to assess. Benji and his team did a nice job clearing out all of the debris and drywall / flooring. We are eager to see how the rest of the job will go but are so far very satisfied with the service from the Servpro team.

Kerry with Servpro is amazing, the company is thorough and explains everything very well.They offer so many different services and are very easy to get in touch with.I would highlyRecommend them, not just for floods or disasters but for everyday home needs such as vents cleaned out, mold removal and more.

Servpro in Salem certainly deserves a 5 star rating. Their customer service is exceptional from the moment you contact them. I was given an appointment with Craig, the Restoration Estimator, who was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He immediately tested the area of my concern thoroughly. And gave me options on how to proceed. It was clear he was very experienced. It all went smoothly.I'm not an employee or a relative of anyone at Servpro, I'm a customer and highly recommend them.
