I had a fire sprinkler leak in my ceiling and did water damage in the ceiling down the wall.Service master Came in and found the problem did the demolition then repaired damage. They took care of everything and if there was anything that I was not quite happy about they did everything to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction. There Was an item that they could not buy to replace the original piece so they replace the actual item. The crew was very hard working friendly and did the best they could possibly do to make everything acceptable to my satisfaction. I would recommend this service for any type of home repair or restoration. When the work was completet they sent a cleaning crew in that did a very good job at cleaning up after all the work was complete.

We called and spoke with Autumn and Karen in the office who were extremely nice and accommodating with getting us scheduled immediately. Cleveland came out to inspect and was super efficient! Really nice and easy to work with all around. The cleaning crew that came to do inside of my home today was so wonderful. We still have the outside to do and soft goods but I can highly recommend this company for your needs!

They assisted our homeowners insurance with a property claim by moving our household goods from our small condo to local storage then back home again (they charged our insurance almost $12,000 for this simple local move!) A lot of our furniture was damaged and some of our home furnishings were lost or destroyed. We have been trying for two months to get them to pay for the damages and provide repairs accordingly. They constantly brush us off, set appointments they do not keep, and basically ignore us. Even though we have involved Servicemaster corporate offices to assist with our claim against Servicemaster by Levi no real progress has been made. They promise to return calls and respond to emails but they do not do so. They have just left us hanging for almost $4000 in damages. We feel we may ultimately have no choice but to take them to small claims court to resolve the issue. We would never recommend them to anyone.
