RUNNNNNNN!!!Ive wanted to change my review for over a year but honestly couldnt find the company again on google and stopped caring. I only gave them a good review so that they would return to apply the vapor barrier and actually help me...A drain pipe burst in my crawl space under my house right while I was attempting to sell the house. Which was a nightmare. I called Service Restoration because they were the only ones open on Sunday. Here is a list of what they did:1. Ripped out old plastic vapor cover around a 20x20ft section2. Shop Vac'd (Yes a shop vac) some sewege.3. spread lime and kitty litter that I bought3. Put fans down.4. Came back 3 days later and took fans..... The sewage problem was so extensive and the ground so moist due to last march being so wet, I had to buy 40 5 gallon buckets at Home Depot and small shovels, hire 2 friends to go under the house with me, and bucket by bucket remove the sewage. I then spread the lime and more kitty litter to deal with the smell and neutralize any mold. AND I had to go buy industrial fans since they removed theirs.5. Service restoration came back and applied the new vapor barrier (the plastic).6. billed for almost $5,000.$5,000 for 3 days of fans, plastic barrier, and probably a grand total of 14 hours of actual labor.I should have never hired them. I literally could have done what they did faster, easier, and 90% cheaper....Again. RUNNNNNN
