I was dealing with a mold issue in our bathroom and was feeling helpless. That's when I decided to give SafeHouse a call on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. We had the unfortunate experience of a condominium above ours (6th floor) leaking waste water on our bathroom. I took a very long time (weeks) for the maintenance people at our building to determine where the leak was originating from. By the time it was finally determined, the extensive damage was done. Safehouse solutions was contacted and hired to come and inspect how extensive the damage to our unit was. They were thorough, friendly, concerned and respectful, responsible. They worked with us kept us informed every step along the way. They provided a great deal of reassurance and the challenges put forth to them by the building and HOA were varied and many. Most would have given up and walked away from us. But not SafeHouse Solutions. They kept moving forward despite all adversities and challenges and physical obstacles. They remained professional and courteous. One of the worst obstacles to them was the fact that the freight elevator was inoperable and was not going to be in service for many, months. That meant that everything removed and packed out of the unlivable condominium had to be carried down six floors and out to the street to be discarded or packed out to storage. I could go on and on regarding the obstacles but I do not believe there are enough pages here for that. It would make for some very exciting reading and a great book. Suffice it to say they kept on moving forward. There was extensive mold damage (3 types) inside the walls that had to be monitored and mitigated which was expertly handled. Once all the damage was determined and everything that had to be removed (walls, ceiling, fixtures, toilet, vanity, tub, tiles, tile floors (2 layers), then the rebuilding and replacing could begin. Throughout this entire nightmare SafeHouse Solutions (Nancy Sharba) remained committed to keeping us informed and reassured no matter what, when, or why. Then the rebuild and a refurnish. Everything again, had to be carried up 6 floors and they kept on moving without complaint. Their dedication is worthy of hero worship in my book. Frankly there are not enough stars allowed on this site. I would give them at least 20 stars. We now have a SAFE, Beautiful, bathroom that is the very envy of all who have seen it. We cannot express our thanks enough and have and will continue to tell everyone who was responsible for it. Thank You Nancy Sharba and ALL of her contractors and contacts that contributed to our happiness and well being. We remain in awe of our heroes and newest friends at SafeHouse Solutions.

My mom contacted SafeHouse for an ongoing mold problem in her home. The operations manager, Nancy, was extremely knowledgeable on the process and possible solutions. There were two gentlemen that came to the house and made the necessary repairs to correct the mold problem. Everyone from Nancy down were absolutely wonderful. My mom was unable to live in her home with the mold issue, but thanks to SafeHouse and the team my mom is now back into her home. My mom would recommend them to anyone!
