Roto-Rooter was very understanding and accommodating, working us into the schedule same day. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the work done by Roto-Rooter and their service technician Justin. Justin was exceedingly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He assessed our drainage situation, gave us our rough estimate and got straight to work. He was timely and courteous with us. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Mac was awesome. We woke up to a major sewage leakage. He was here within an hour and a half. He was here about 4 hrs. He snaked all our toilets, showers, and sinks. He showed me pictures of the build up. Yuck! His partner Leonarco came out and inserted a camera at the overflow in the backyard. Come to find out we have a pipe issue. They will be here Monday or Tuesday to start digging up the area needed and laying new piping. Thank you for your promptness and great work

Though I had to wait for the technician to arrive (over 3 hours longer than scheduled), he instantly recognized my problem and explained exactly what needed to be done. He worked on the repair and cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and enjoyable to have around. I have used Roto-Rooter before and received the same experience each time. I highly recommend them.

Our sincere thanks to tech Justin S. for a job well done! What a pleasure to meet such a diligent perfectionist! Our drain blockage was beyond what we could remedy, but Justin helped me see the condition of our pipes and provided current solutions and recommendations for good maintenance with Pipe Shield Maintenance Treatment.
