Dal arrived timely and went about his assessment of the clogged pipe in a workmanlike manner. He advised that the drain in the utility room where the backup happened was not big enough to clear the line, so he recommended that he remove the toilet from the half bath one level up. He assured me he would put it back very nicely (which he did). And, he didn't take him long to clear the clog with the pump he had.IMPORTANT for tenants/homeowners!! Our washing machine failed to fully drain a night or two before & the sink into which it emptied was half full. I thought this was odd as this was a good washer less than 1-2 years old. We learned from Dal that this was likely related to the backup (even though across the room) because all the pipes in the house empty into one common drain. Sure enough, he showed us the backup in the pipe to the washer.We did not comparison shop because we had to act immediately so I cannot comment on the price, but we are grateful for the very professional services that Dal provided us in a very stressful situation.

I used this firm several times. It is very easy to request services. You do it online and the service will be provided the same day. The quality of services is good, howewer, I have a strong feeling that the services are severely overpriced and if you do not bargain you will be ripped off. Also, I noticed that the quote did not include costs of parts which were added when I paid. I wonder if this is a good practice.
