When we found that the toilet in the primary bathroom wasn’t flushing, we had to scramble to find the right company to help us. RotoRooter came through again. Quaid assessed the situation, told me what we needed to do and he set about taking g care of the problem. It ended up that we needed a new commode since trying to buy parts & repair would have cost us the same as purchasing a new one so that’s what we did.Quaid picked up a new toilet at a local store and put in the new one in a very timely and efficient manner. And though we tried, tried, and tried AGAIN, it was NOT a problem we were going to be able to solve ourselves… On a SATURDAY, of course!Quickly, (within an hour or two from the time of my call) Armando at Roto-Rooter was at our door to rescue us! He politely listened to our description of the problem, he made great observations based the setup of our plumbing (for a 2 unit property) and quickly, calmly came to a conclusion about what was needed.He explained things clearly and was the utmost professional for the entire duration of his time here.
