Darius and Tre were GREAT! The two of them managed the water mitigation efforts, perfectly. This is the second time we have used Roto Rooter to handle the water mitigation process. Both times, We were fortunate to have a great experience. Darius, gave a play by play, as he controlled the demo of all of the floors in our house, The flood cuts of every wall and the removal of all trash. Every room that was affected was left clean and perfectly prepared for our remodel. Tre, was our advocate, which often had to battle with our insurance adjuster and on many occasions set the insurance company straight on what desperately needed to be done. I am so thankful for Tre, Darius and Marcus for everything they did for me and my family.

I called Roto-Rooter at 9 a.m. because our pipes broke under our kitchen sink. Mark was here within an hour. Such a nice guy and when I called in I spoke with the nicest guy as well. I will always use this company. So friendly and professional.

Don’t bother calling them. They just make money $99 to show up and offer ridiculous price first to see if you take it or not. If you take it, you are ripped off. If you don’t take it, they’ll try to make a deal from you. We called if they have specific part to replace it and they would keep on saying ‘it depends’ while avoiding to tell you any ballpark price and answers. The guy who showed up initially offered over $700 while we called another place which they came and fixed right away for $200.Lesson learned for $99. Avoid this place. Don’t get fooled and get a ballpark price before you call. Wish I read the reviews first. Reporting to BBB as well
