When our Crawl Space installers told us we had a sewage leak and they had to stop before they could continue, i called Roto-Rooter because we used them once before. We had our expectations surpassed wit a less than 1 hour service call who also partnered with a remediation company to get everything repaired and cleaned up within a couple of days. Every step had clear information relayed through text and emails. Office personnel were always available and polite. Thankfully the repair was minimal but they responded as if it was a 911. Highly recommend

The receptionist called to let me know when the technician was leaving and made sure someone was there for their arrival. They even sent me info about the technician ahead of time so there was no wondering if the person showing up was a fraud. The technicians name was Max and he did an amazing job with explaining everything from up front estimates, even letting me choose between different options he could do , and answering any questions. Once everything was done he even came back to fix something just to make sure I had the best results possible! Definitely will use this company again for any future work.

Damien and his peer were courteous andefficient, came in and got right to work, first explaining what they would do, thenfixing the leak and digging out the meter. Then they turned the water back on. They had done the whole job in underan hour and took my credit cardsfor payment, finalized it and left promptly. There was a time lapse whena call had to be made to credit card company again to get approval. It was approved and signatures were taken.I would hire them again. They did a great job!
