From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. I especially want to highlight Monique, she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Had a flooding emergency. It was a very stressful situation. Our insurance company recommended this place. We were told someone would be out within 4 hours. Got a call 10 minutes later saying someone would be here within the next hour.Mo and Garret were the ones who came to do the Initial inspection and assess damage. They showed up right at the time we were told they’d be here. They walked us through everything they were doing and answered all of our questions! They were funny and friendly and made me feel less stressed about the whole situation. They did a very thorough inspection and let us know what they were doing. If you use this company ASK FOR MO AND GARRET!

I am leaving this review for Garrett. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, and respected my family and home the 3 times that he came to our house.Regarding rainbow, I was only displeased with the scheduling. They showed up Monday to do a demo, which had not been scheduled and I was unaware they were coming. They rescheduled for Thursday at 10am and did not show up until 12 without any call or message.Other than that, they were able to help dry out the wer ceiling and overall resolved the problem.

Garrett from Rainbow Restoration is exceptional. He’s so thorough and sweet! Coming into someone’s home can be tricky. I have a 2 year old and my house was a mess most of the time. When my toddler saw the truck she is always so excited! He was able to maneuver all the equipment do all the required testing, and have a one on one with one of his colleagues, while at the same time being super sweet with my toddler, and making her feel like he was actually there for her lol Her comments went from “It’s Mr Man!” And 2 days in she says with Glee “My Garrett is here !” She was so sad to hear that monitoring is over got it all dry and she may not see “Her Garrett” any more. He said he’s going on vacation so he may not do the Demo of the linoleum. I want to call and ask can we just wait till he returns so we can see him again lol Thank you for helping us feel safe and restored!
