Oh my goodness, Quality Restoration and staff were a God send! Starting with Lem and Kristy Nash who were responsive and understanding about my hoarding situation. I was looking for a miracle and they delivered! The wonderful technicians who were tasked with my overwhelming situation were the best of the best. They were fast efficient, organized, professional, kind, compassionate, thorough, great communicators, extremely hard workers and the list of superlatives goes on. On top of all that they were beyond good to me!Angels were looking down on me when I found Quality Restoration...if I could give them 10+++ stars I would! Highly recommend!

I paid far too much money for the worst packing experience I have ever had. They left 6 to 8 inches of headroom in almost every box. It's as if they had never moved. While trying to fix the problem by condensing three boxes into two I found garbage. They packed trash! I am so nervous about the unpacking because my kids will be with me when it's all unveiled and I'm worried about their response when they see this.I asked them to come back and fix it. They showed up with bubble wrap and paper so they could stuff it on top of the pack. It was a horrible fustercluck.I called to find out about my laundry a week later. Lem finally called me back to tell me it was ready and that they would bring it to me and I need to give them $90 for those two loads. I went off about the over $4000 I paid them already, that they could pay for it out of that. I also said "for subpar work." Lem said, "How about you get your own laundry. It's at Fort Lowell and Campbell. Bye" and hung up on me.I am so very sorry that I didn't do more research before I contracted with Quality Restoration. So much went wrong for me. I'm recently widowed and I feel horribly taken advantage of.BTW, their website only shows 5-star reviews. Misleading as all get out.

The ad said compassionate cleaning services. I called and told the woman how exasperated I was and that I needed help and direction and she was not compassionate at all. I got frustrated and hung up after thanking her. I then called her back and asked her to either be compassionate on the phone or take that off of her ad. She got real snarky with me and told me to have a real good day and hung up.Obviously I do not recommend.

Quality Restoration was absolutely A+ as my wife and I moved out of one home into another. We had been in the house 3 years and needed help putting it back into show ready quality. The work was superior but candidly, it was the people who impressed us most. We actually had a fun time in what was otherwise a really stressful move. We cannot say enough about them. Finally, booking, setup and close-out was super easy and strangely affordable. I have Kristy to thank for that. Quick to respond, quick to understand and quick to care. Thank you, Quality!!!!!!!!

I am writing this 5-star review for Quality Restoration as a happy customer. They just completed renovation/repair of damages to our home caused by a July 14, 2024 Tucson monsoon. Our neighborhood (the 85745 zip code) was hit hard by that storm, with lots of homes damaged – many far worse than ours. Our home was built in 1971, and has had multiple additions/renovations in its 53 years. The most significant damage from this storm was to the unwieldy 1971 era, 96” by 96” floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in our dining room (the storm bent the frame inwards and the doors were precariously left jammed in place), and significant water leakage through the 1971 era dining room window. Quality Restoration was able to replace the sliding glass doors, rebuild the wall to install a 2024 era sliding glass patio door, repair/replace the water damaged drywall/insulation below the leaking window, seal the replacement 2024 era double paned glass window, and repaint the dining room and the attached hallway. The job took four days (exactly as estimated/quoted). Most importantly, I wish to add some commentary about the company and personnel.“Quality” is an incredibly apt name for them. They have all the elements of great customer service -- they listen to the problems, propose solutions, adjust for your budget, answer the phone when you call, communicate when things will happen, meet deadlines, quote cost before the job and stick to those quotes unless there are changes in the scope of work, and are meticulous about arriving when they promised, keeping the jobsite clean and leaving it clean at the end of the project. They don’t cut corners. It’s just all around “quality” work. Special shout out to Lem and Kristy Nash (owners) and Pete (the project manager) for their ability to adapt and work around obstacles and problem solve. You will not be disappointed if you use them.
