What is Worth Choosing PNW Restoration
Choosing a general contractor for disaster restoration in Oregon can be daunting, but PNW Restoration offers a compelling value proposition rooted in simplicity and comprehensive capability. What truly sets them apart is their capacity to serve as a singular point of contact for an overwhelmingly complex process. When a pipe bursts, a roof leaks, or mold is discovered, the process involves emergency water removal, structural drying, potential demolition, mold or biohazard remediation, insurance negotiation, and finally, the construction rebuild of walls, ceilings, and flooring.
With PNW Restoration, all of these "moving pieces" are handled by one professional, coordinated team. This single-source accountability is what makes the restoration journey manageable for property owners. As one customer noted, it is "Hard to believe that this is just one company with all of the moving pieces," and that sentiment captures the essence of their service.
The dual expertise in emergency mitigation and construction finishing means there is no gap in quality or communication between the cleanup phase and the rebuild phase. They don't just leave you with a dry, empty space; they return your property to its pre-loss condition, or often, even better. Their proactive work with insurance adjusters is an invaluable service, relieving property owners of a major administrative burden during a stressful time.
For anyone in Oregon facing property damage, the choice of PNW Restoration provides a streamlined path back to normalcy, backed by professional construction quality and genuine customer care. Their dedication to a thorough, documented process—from inspection to final walkthrough—ensures that every restoration project meets the highest standard of excellence.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's hard to put into words the absolutely amazing work PNW Restoration performed after a pipe burst in our basement. Starting with the assessment and mitigation work - everything was done professionally and perfectly. Then they dealt and negotiated with our insurance adjuster to make certain that work would be covered. The drywalling & painting of walls & ceilings was a work of art. Carpet installation PLUS moving furniture out and back. You really cannot ask anything more. Hard to believe that this is just one company with all of the moving pieces. On top of it all, everyone was so professional and genuine. I hope that this never happens again, but if it does, PNW Restoration is on speed dial.
Oct 02, 2025 · fabio apolitoWade did a thorough inspection inside and under the house to determine the source of a water leak. He took the time and care to document his findings with photos and a complete report. We heartily endorse the service of PNW Restoration!
Oct 02, 2025 · PamelaAVOID AT ALL COSTS!Extremely disappointed with PNW Restoration and would strongly urge others to avoid them. Our property management company hired them for water mitigation after a flood in our rental home. Not only did they fail to shut off the main water line before starting (neighbors witnessed and assisted in finding the shutoff by the street), but they also broke a CPVC pipe during their work, which further worsened the damage. While they admitted responsibility for the pipe break in writing and claimed they paid for the damage, none of those costs were itemized in the invoice. The invoice we received was significantly higher than average according to another restoration company we consulted. When we questioned the inflated cost, the project manager Bryan couldn’t provide a clear explanation and instead redirected us to the owner, Rocky.Rocky was unprofessional, unhelpful, and ultimately ghosted us by ignoring our calls and emails for two weeks. With no resolution and the threat of the bill going to collections, we felt forced to pay the full amount, despite serious concerns over transparency and pricing. We’ve attached screenshots of the invoice, email exchanges, and the report where they admit fault, so people can judge for themselves. Choose another company that communicates professionally and stands behind their work.
May 25, 2025 · Jonathan and Anya BrassingtonAfter cleaning my washer filter I didn’t tighten it back up enough and ran a load of laundry while I went downstairs to cook. Not long later water is pouring out of my ceiling lights and speakers. I called PNW Restoration and Brett and crew were here within 90 minutes. They worked tirelessly late into the night setting up drying equipment and barriers. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step. I feel like everything is under control, like he treated my house like he would treat his own. This company and Brett are amazing.
Dec 10, 2024 · Samantha stuartI don’t review much but feel compelled to. Brett would get 6 stars if possible. He’s incredibly considerate, well-versed, and thorough in his work. He put us at ease in a stressful spot and we were very much comfortable leaving our issues in his hands. He delivered what we expected when we expected it.I hope he got a good chunk of the sizable project management & supervision fees because he was the one managing the work after the papers were signed.Would love to work with Brett again!
