Excellent roofing contractor. I was skeptical at first—this was my third time replacing a roof through the insurance company, which is not an easy task, but as soon as I met Heath, I felt completely reassured that I was in good hands. I trusted him and his team to handle it, and they absolutely delivered.The roof looks amazing. Nico and his crew showed up yesterday early and got right to work—they were incredibly efficient and did not leave until every detail was to my satisfaction.....so thank you. Communication throughout the process was top-notch, with quick and clear responses every time I had a questions or concerns.Honestly, when it comes to roofing claims, I wouldn’t even consider working with anyone other than NRG and their team. Big shoutout to Heath—if I had a company, he'd be exactly the kind of person I’d want out there representing it.

We are so glad we chose National Reliance Group to handle our roof. Our insurance company wasn't budging until we reached out to NRG and they took over and got our claim approved that we were fight for almost a year alone. They built us a beautiful roof and we couldn't be happier, so much so we had our rental home done right away!

It was a pleasure to have national Reliance group help us replace our roof. Bill was very professional and always available to answer our questions and update us on the progress of our insurance claim. The build only took one day. Ryan and Nico were there all day to ensure the build was finished without any issues. They updated us throughout the day, and took the time at the end of the day to walk around the house with us to show us the finished roof.Thank you! Strongly recommend this company
