Nat-Cat was called by my insurance company after my next door neighbor's townhouse flooded and it came under the wall. They came the next day and immediately took the steps to dry the place out. They came every day to check moisture levels in the slab and walls. They put cleaned to the best if there ability and even took oils if where my furniture was to put it back exactly. I decided to hire them to install new floors, fix the wall, and paint. They did a fantastic job! Came promptly at 8 AM every day, left at 4:30 with nary a break. They even worked with my insurance to get more money. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We were in Arizona for the winter when our Hot Water tank released. I contacted Nat-Cat and they were there in less than a hour. They spent the next 6 days taking care of everything. They went into our home and locked up after themselves securing the home. On our return, almost three weeks after, you would think nothing happened. Outstanding ! The most professional and organized Team I have dealt with in a long time. They take great care in their work and keeping you in the loop the field and their office. I highly recommend.

Terrible Experience!. They completed the bulk of the work, but left 6 major items unfinished-- more than 2 and 1/2 years after our fire. They then came out, made a list of things to do and promised us that it would be done by the end of the year. As of now, a year later, only one of the 6 items was completed and they have repeatedly not done anything else despite constant reminders. At this point, we have lost complete trust and confidence. I am glad other people had good experiences. Still, for us, it is sad that after our fire tragedy, we had to endure such an unprofessional and uncaring behavior by Nat Cat. Hope they can live with their conscience!

Nat Cat was very accommodating. They were at our house to start the project very quickly, and did a very thorough job assessing all the damage. Everything was broken down to us in a way we understood. Jose was our main guy who came out several times a week to make sure everything was going smoothly and it was exactly what we wanted. The workers always laid down protective coverings over all the furniture and floors so nothing else was damaged by painting. Everyone was very professional, and trustworthy. They were always in our house alone, as my husband and I both work all day, and we felt very comfortable. Everyone worked very diligently and so much was done each day. The project was very lengthy but done in a very timely fashion and the attention to detail was outstanding. The painting was very precise and never sloppy. If there was anything we wanted touched up, they were quick to do it and very kind. They use very high quality paints that have held up to a high traffic household. Everything is very easy to clean and they left the rest of the paint for us if we needed to touch up anything later on. We had our carpeting replaced and we are so happy with the quality of it. They were in and out in a day. The edges are perfect all around, the carpet was pulled tight in every area, and it doesn’t shed. It is very soft, padded really well, and we have already spilled on it, which cleaned up very easily! The communication throughout the whole project was better than I have seen through any other company. Someone was available to talk to me at any time everyday, and we had someone come to the house to inspect the job done at the end of each day. We had a call each night to remind us that the team was coming the next day, and what time that would be. If we ever needed to cancel or change a time last second, it as never a problem, and the guys even worked on weekends to get the job done in time for hosting a lot of people. Everything was written out for us and the insurance company. I was given a copy of everything I needed to provide to insurance and told what to submit when. I know nothing about insurance so this was very helpful to me so the process went smoothly. This company is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of restoration done!
